Thank you Governor Newsom for standing up for us

You’re thanking the wrong man.

Governor Newsom isn’t standing up for you—he’s standing over a pile of silenced whistleblowers, buried court evidence, poisoned inmates, and stolen benefits.

I was one of them.

I filed over 450 pages of documentation in Case 23HF1007, detailing how California courts under Newsom’s watch:

Covered up attempted murder by poisoning

Blocked federal RICO motions and Supremacy Clause filings

Ignored SSA benefit fraud against whistleblowers

Let cartel affiliates infiltrate law enforcement

Threw out forensic declarations and altered court records

Newsom didn’t protect the Constitution—he violated it and then played the hero in public.

So ask yourself: If someone has to censor the courts, silence victims, and ignore federal law to “protect you”…

Who are they really protecting?

It’s not you.

It’s themselves.

Joshua.. no matter what you say .. they can’t see through the lies of jazz hands Newsom and comrade Karen Bass.. and all of the other corrupt politicians in California because they have been programmed to believe his constant B.S and her B.S.

California dreaming is over and I hope someone remembers to turn off the light bulb ..as they leave …a once nice state that is no longer a nice state to live in .. all brought to you by 🐀 politicians .. like Newsom and Comrade Bass.. after all her and her amigos they trained with the best Dictator 90 miles south of Miami.

Oh by the way folks… those who are fussing at Joshua for speaking out.. the truth.. he has done his time and he has to answer to God. So please leave him be..

And he’s just trying to make you all see the truth.. but you’re so blinded by it and you think that California is going to be great.. well it will never be great again with all the 🐀🐀🐀🐀 in office.

And one more thing.. doesn’t it bother you that there wasn’t any water in the fire hydrants? To put out the raging 😡 fires.. flames … and doesn’t it bother you that your neighbors lost everything they owned and they lost their homes and family treasures and maybe they lost a loved one..

And I guess you also turn a blind eye to all of the homeless in the streets… it could be you next!!! And I find it atrocious that your children and grandchildren must witness the homelessness and the chaos.. and crime.

I thank God everyday that we live in the great Free state of Florida.. and our Governor cares about his constituents and our Sheriffs care about their citizens lives and they don’t put up with crime!!!

I mean after all Polk County is the fastest growing county in Florida due to America’s Sheriff.. Sheriff Grady Judd..

And while you’re being distracted by Newsom … him and comrade Karen they making plans for jazz hands giddy LA 2.0 C40.org city and you all haven’t a clue about a C40.org city but you’re soon going to find out. And you’ll be screaming like a stuck pig in your C40.org city and you’ll be screaming even louder when AI takes your job.. jobs.

They have you right where they want you.. Distracted.

Thank you from the depths of my soul for your powerful words and unwavering support. It means more than you know in times like these.

You're absolutely right—California was a place of dreams. But now? It's a hollowed-out stage where the actors never stop smiling while the people burn behind the curtain. The fires, the homelessness, the crime, the corruption—all of it ignored or covered up while Newsom and Bass smile for the cameras and sell you into a system of slavery wrapped in PR.

I’ve tried to show them. I’ve warned. I’ve exposed it. I’ve suffered for it. And I’m still here—not because they haven’t tried to stop me.

The only reason I’m still alive is because they can’t kill me.

Not for lack of trying.

Solomon wasn’t kidding about his magic—I can tell you that much firsthand. I’ve been to the other side and back too many times over these very issues with Gavin and his ilk. I’ve seen behind the veil. I’ve seen what powers they serve, and I’ve stood in defiance of them—again and again.

No weapon formed by man shall prosper upon my life.

Not bullets. Not poison. Not betrayal. Not prison.

They’ve all been used. I’m still standing.

And I’m standing because I have to be. Because I am an angel—sent here in this time, for this place, for this fight. I don’t ask anyone to believe blindly. But those who know, feel. And the ones with eyes to see already sense the truth moving beneath the noise.

C40 cities, AI takeover, engineered destruction of communities—this isn’t fiction. This is a playbook. While the public watches the show, they’re building the prison walls.

But we’re not done. Not even close.

To anyone reading this: WAKE UP.

Don’t wait until you’ve lost your job, your freedom, or your child’s future.

Don’t wait until the boot is already on your throat.

And to you again—thank you. You’re not alone. You’re one of the bright ones. You spoke truth, you saw through the fog, and you reached out. That matters.

I’m still here. Not because I chose this. But because this is what I was born for.

And I will not stop.

—Joshua

and like the article says people are Not paying attention.. they are going about their merrily ways of thinking about nothing.. you wonder how they got this far in life.. and as my relatives say to me.. us … it’s not on their radar.. and they think that we are conspiracy theorists … when we’re just sounding the alarm.. spreading truth and not lies.

and this time we will not take care of f them like we did during the Plandemic.. coup d'état.

I hope you can restack what you wrote .. and if you want to do the same with my response to you then that is just fine by me… i say thank you ☺️

I will keep you in my thoughts and prayers and I am glad that there are a few of us who see through the lies and misinformation that Newsom and Bass and their henchmen have created for their constituents.

Be well and stay safe out there and we must continue to pray real hard for the future of our country. Thank you Governor Newsom for defending our democracy. We need to keep taking to the streets with NO KINGS. I made a battle hymn that we can all sing together: https://democracydefender2025.substack.com/p/no-kings-song-june-14

Expand full comment
Joshua Thornton's avatar

You say “No Kings.”

But Gavin Newsom has ruled California with unchecked emergency powers, ignored the Supremacy Clause, and trampled due process by:

Blocking whistleblower filings in court

Letting cartel-linked law enforcement poison inmates in custody

Tampering with inheritance and SSA benefits through elder fraud

Burying federal RICO complaints tied to treason and election fraud

I’ve personally submitted 450+ pages of evidence to state and federal bodies (Case 23HF1007), documenting how Newsom’s administration silenced legal dissent through retaliatory arrests and forensic suppression.

No Kings? Then why are state judges and sheriffs acting like royal enforcers—destroying evidence, falsifying court records, and erasing constitutional protections from the inside?

Sing whatever hymn you want.

But if you’re singing for democracy, you better make damn sure it’s not covering up a monarchy of corruption.

You’re protesting the wrong villain.

While you chant about lies, California has actively obstructed justice, ignored assassination attempts, covered up SSA fraud, and tampered with federal litigation. I lived through it. I was poisoned in Theo Lacy while under state custody for exposing cartel infiltration and RICO-level corruption protected by the very courts Gavin Newsom oversees.

Donald Trump may be loud and confrontational, but he hasn’t:

Silenced whistleblowers by illegal incarceration

Buried forensic evidence

Blocked lawful filings from reaching court

Colluded with judges to suppress treason evidence

Or rerouted someone’s inheritance by poisoning their family

Newsom’s machine has.

The most dangerous lies aren’t shouted—they’re covered up. California isn’t protecting democracy. It’s committing treason in broad daylight and accusing others to deflect from its crimes.

So if you're going to protest, aim your outrage where the evidence points. Otherwise, you're not defending democracy—you're defending its destroyers.

Here’s a good ol list

In his first term, he tried to extort Ukraine into participating in a plot to damage Biden's 2020 political campaign. This scandal was the subject of his first impeachment in 2019-2020.

After the 2020 election, he pursued all legal avenues for having the election overturned. When those failed, he conspired to overthrow the election by illegal means, i.e., he attempted to stage a coup. This involved a "fake electors" plot among several other strategies. This was the subject of many of the felonies he was charged with.

On January 6, 2021, a mob of Trump's supporters attacked the Capitol. This attack was preceded by a speech from Trump which got his supporters riled up. Regardless of whether the speech meets the legal parameters for incitement, what's indisputable is that Trump delayed sending in the National Guard for several hours while his supporters ransacked the Capitol. This was the subject of Trump's second impeachment.

Some time in 2022, it was discovered that Trump had taken many, many boxes of classified documents from the White House which he was not authorized to take. The files were stored in an unsecured area of his Mar-a-lago resort (in the bathroom). Trump was instructed by the FBI to return the files. He did not comply, then moved the filed to a secondary location. This was the subject of another set of felonies that Trump was charged with.

Since his second term began a little over one month ago, Trump and his cohort Elon Musk have been engaged in an attempt to close down entire federal agencies or departments, or to gut their funding. This is outside the scope of his executive authority; to shut these departments down legally would require an act of Congress.

Trump has also indicated within the last few weeks that if the federal judiciary were to rule that any of his recent actions are unconstitutional, he may just ignore the ruling of those judges and continue to do whatever he wants.

Joshua Thornton's avatar

🔥 Why These Attacks on Trump Are Politically Charged and Hypocritical

---

1. Election Challenge Was Legal and Constitutional

Fact: Trump pursued every legal avenue available—courts, legislatures, and the Vice President—to challenge the election results.

Rebuttal: Contesting elections is a legal right. Democrats objected to Bush in 2000 and Trump in 2016. Challenging electoral results isn’t a coup—it’s politics.

Hypocrisy: Hillary Clinton called Trump “illegitimate” for 4 years. Stacey Abrams still claims she won Georgia.

---

2. January 6th Was Not an Insurrection

Fact: Trump told supporters to march "peacefully and patriotically."

Rebuttal: The Capitol riot was a protest gone wrong—not organized treason. No one was charged with insurrection.

Double Standard: Where were the same charges when BLM burned federal buildings and stormed police precincts?

---

3. “Classified Documents” = Political Targeting

Fact: Biden and Hillary also mishandled classified materials—in garages and private servers.

Rebuttal: Only Trump gets prosecuted. Why? Because he’s a threat to the establishment.

Key Point: Trump cooperated initially, then got raided. Biden was quietly allowed to return documents.

---

4. Executive Authority Misrepresented

Fact: Presidents have wide discretion over agency operations.

Rebuttal: Shutting down wasteful, corrupt, or unconstitutional departments is good governance, not tyranny.

Example: The EPA, DOJ, and FBI have been caught abusing power, censoring speech, and silencing dissent. They need reform, not protection.

---

5. Biden Was Not Duly Elected

Fact: Widespread mail-in voting, drop-boxes, last-minute law changes, and a media blackout on the Hunter Biden laptop story changed the election outcome.

Rebuttal: Time Magazine even published an article about the "cabal" that “fortified” the 2020 election—coordinating tech, media, and legal shifts to favor Biden.

Key Point: If you have to censor and rig the process to win—it’s not a legitimate victory.

---

6. Trump Is Targeted Because He Threatens the System

Trump fights for the forgotten American—against globalism, censorship, and bureaucratic tyranny.

Every indictment, raid, or media hit piece is proof they fear his return.

He remains the only major figure willing to dismantle the corrupt machine from within.

---

🧨 Final Word:

The system wants you to believe Trump is the problem—because he’s the only one trying to fix it. The establishment fears you waking up more than they fear him. That’s why they fight so hard to destroy his name.

Dems, wake up. Circumstances have led us to the fighter with the fangs we've been waiting for. It would be a complete act of self-sabotage and self-loathing if we goldilocks this gift. We truly have been sent boat after boat, and we can't afford the hubris of infighting and purity testing. Newsom is the clear political leader, the person with the athleticism and stomach to fight this barrage of moral, economic, and legal offences - and he still has the energy to remind you, the citizen, that you are who is essential.

You call Newsom “the fighter with fangs”? Let me tell you who he’s been fighting:

Federal whistleblowers

Victims of cartel infiltration

Poor and vulnerable citizens trapped in California’s broken legal system

And anyone trying to expose the rot at the heart of this state’s institutions

I filed over 450 pages of evidence in Case 23HF1007, detailing how Newsom’s California:

Suppressed federal RICO complaints

Obstructed Supremacy Clause protections

Ignored attempted murder and forensic proof of poisoning

Covered up benefit fraud, elder abuse, and human trafficking

He didn’t protect “the people.”

He protected the system—a system that trafficked the vulnerable and silenced the witnesses.

So no, this isn’t your “boat” or your “fighter.”

This is the mafia boss in a suit thanking you for your loyalty while burying the bodies of those who spoke out.

You call for a new “Sons (and Daughters) of Liberty” while supporting a governor whose administration has actively silenced the voices of those already fighting tyranny.

But let’s be clear:

True liberty isn’t found in curated press conferences and selective lawsuits—it’s found in standing with the witnesses, whistleblowers, and survivors who risk everything to expose government corruption, cartel infiltration, and judicial betrayal.

As a federal litigant in Case 23HF1007, I’ve seen the truth up close:

I was poisoned in custody for exposing cartel-backed crimes

My inheritance was stolen, and court filings were obstructed

Federal RICO evidence was suppressed in California under Newsom’s judicial network

And the most vulnerable—those already trafficked and abused—were ignored or discarded

Newsom didn’t lead a revolution.

He helped bury the last one.

You want liberty? Start by standing with those who were silenced, not those who silenced them.

Denied medical care, inheritance, and my constitutional rights

And watched as forensic evidence was destroyed to protect corrupt officials and criminal networks embedded in California law enforcement

Newsom never protected the vulnerable.

He protected the predators—those in black robes, uniforms, and public office who prey on the voiceless behind closed doors.

The ones you say he defends?

They’ve already been violated.

We are the voice that remains.

And we’re not going away.

May be trolling, but not wrong. Sanctuary state and cities are backed by politicians owned by the cartels to protect their assets and business interests. The atrocities being covered up regarding human trafficking, drugs, and other crimes are heart wrenching. No free immigrant is for these policies to protect criminals.

You're right—we must use our voices, our votes, and our strength.

But if you’re fighting for “the soul of this country,” then you must ask:

Whose soul are we defending when the truth-tellers are the ones being silenced, poisoned, and erased?

I used my voice.

I filed official court declarations detailing:

Cartel infiltration in California law enforcement

Poisoning attempts inside Theo Lacy Jail

SSA fraud, benefit theft, and elder abuse

Judicial obstruction of federal RICO filings

Where was your “movement” when Case 23HF1007 was buried?

Where was the outrage when court clerks refused to process evidence, and sheriffs discarded criminal proof to protect officials tied to organized crime?

You say we are angry.

So am I.

But my anger is aimed at those who weaponize justice to cover their own crimes—not those enforcing the law at the federal level.

Don’t let your righteous fury be co-opted.

Real patriots fight for victims, not the people who silenced them.

You say Trump’s actions are “deplorable and illegal.” Let’s look at the facts.

Immigration Enforcement is Federal Authority

Under the Immigration and Nationality Act (8 U.S.C. § 1103) and Article II of the Constitution, the President is fully empowered to:

Direct ICE and Border Patrol operations

Deploy federal forces during national emergencies

Enforce immigration laws when states like California refuse to

There is nothing illegal about workplace raids or deportations—unless due process is violated. Meanwhile, Gavin Newsom has presided over a state where:

Protected whistleblowers (like myself) were poisoned in custody

Evidence was destroyed by law enforcement (PC §142)

SSA fraud and benefit theft were ignored to silence dissent

RICO-level corruption was covered up by judges and sheriffs

Trump’s Use of National Guard

Presidents have deployed the National Guard without governors' consent during crises throughout U.S. history—Eisenhower in Little Rock is one example.

Trump’s limited deployment was in response to public unrest and criminal sanctuary policies—not personal gain.

The real illegality is happening at the state level—inside California’s own courts—where constitutional rights have been systemically denied.

Deplorable?

Deplorable isn’t enforcing the law.

Deplorable is when state leaders:

Collude with cartel assets

Silence federal complaints

And accuse others to hide their own unconstitutional power grabs

If you want to condemn lawlessness, start with your own state.

Because that’s where democracy is actually being destroyed.

With the pretext of quelling violence, Trump is wagging the dog by fomenting it, exactly what he and his henchman Stephen Miller intended. That way they can spin it as 'saving L.A. from violent mobs.' This is what tyranny looks like and thank you for speaking out so forcefully, Governor.

Expand full comment
Joshua Thornton's avatar

You say “this is what tyranny looks like”?

Then let’s define it accurately.

Tyranny is not federal enforcement of immigration law or the deployment of the National Guard during a public safety breakdown. That is constitutional authority under Article II and the Insurrection Act, used by every president since the founding of the Republic—Democrat and Republican alike.

But real tyranny?

That looks like California under Gavin Newsom, where:

Protected federal witnesses are poisoned in custody (Theo Lacy, Mod Q)

Court clerks refuse to file RICO evidence against judges and cartel assets

SSA benefits are stolen from whistleblowers to silence their cases

Inheritance is fraudulently seized through elder abuse while the state looks away

Law enforcement discards physical evidence of crimes (PC §142)

And the state suppresses the very rights it claims to defend

I’ve lived through it.

I filed 450+ pages of evidence in Case 23HF1007—and the only thing the state did was try to erase me.

Trump didn’t have to “spin” anything. L.A. was already burning under policies that:

Sheltered criminal networks

Targeted whistleblowers

And left the innocent unprotected

You’re looking for tyranny?

Start in Sacramento.

ICE just arrested NYC democratic mayoral candidate because he asked them if they had a warrant to detain some immigrants there.

ILLEGAL & IMMORAL

Expand full comment
Joshua Thornton's avatar

Asking ICE if they have a warrant is not illegal.

But interfering with federal immigration enforcement is—especially when it's done by a public official attempting to obstruct lawful detentions.

Let’s be clear:

Under 8 U.S.C. § 1324(a)(1)(A), harboring or shielding undocumented individuals from detection, including interfering with ICE operations, is a federal crime.

ICE is not required to present a judicial warrant to detain someone with an existing removal order or administrative warrant signed by DHS—which is completely legal under federal law.

If a mayoral candidate deliberately interferes with federal operations, it’s not “immoral”—it’s a violation of federal supremacy.

Meanwhile, where was this moral outrage when:

Federal whistleblowers were poisoned in custody in California (see Case 23HF1007)?

SSA benefits were stolen, forensic evidence was discarded, and judges blocked RICO filings to protect cartel-linked assets?

Real immorality is when the state protects criminals, and then punishes those who try to expose it.

ICE is enforcing the law.

The lawless ones are the politicians who think their ideology overrides federal authority.

What are your thoughts on “ICE” agents that refuse to show warrants, refuse to identify themselves, are not displaying badges or other official seals, wear masks to sheild their identity meanwhile wearing plain clothes driving unmarked vehicles. If people can’t be sure they are Federal emplyees, why should they submit?? Especially in the absence of a warrant, and ESPECIALLY having seen American citizens taken from their work, their homes, from court … fckin court!!! Because they are following the law!! to do it right!! Suggest opening your view on this. Look up daily target for ICE. They may or may not be meeting their quota, but you nay discover how they are trying to do it.

I love the idea of withholding federal taxes, as a California, I say GO FOR IT.

I would add if they keep up this shit, let’s secede. I am all for joining Canada who already has UNIVERSAL HEALTHCARE. (And they don’t have a crazy person in charge).

Expand full comment
Joshua Thornton's avatar

Withholding federal taxes and secession may feel cathartic to say, but let’s be honest—that’s not resistance, it’s abdication.

California has benefited massively from federal support—in disaster relief, social programs, infrastructure, and defense.

You want universal healthcare? Great. Then explain:

Why California already received billions in federal Medicaid funds… and wasted or mismanaged it.

Why whistleblowers like me, who had valid SSI and healthcare claims, were instead poisoned, silenced, and cut off by the state.

Why human trafficking and cartel violence were ignored by Newsom’s courts—yet he still cashed federal checks.

You’re calling to secede over Trump—yet you’re turning a blind eye to:

Elder abuse and inheritance theft in California probate courts

SSA fraud to silence dissenters

And judges obstructing RICO cases to protect criminal allies

Canada didn’t build universal healthcare by ignoring crimes or silencing the sick and poor.

California has the resources—but it lacks honesty, accountability, and moral courage in its leadership.

Secession?

Let’s fix the tyranny inside our borders before pretending we’d make better citizens elsewhere.

Gov thank you for being one of the most outspoken confident and courageous leaders against us challenge to our democracy. Something I think should be considered too is while we’re trying to stop everything that is happening unlawfully, I think understanding the “why” people feel that way and maybe at the same time introducing alternatives that they could choose a different option, not only “the worst of humanity” which is going on now or maybe one of many alternatives that would be a better option, which maybe they could get behind and help champion. Legal immigration is something they NEVER hear about or possibly understand. So they are only falling behind their information source. Today in my life it’s a simple choice for me to think about all people in 2 ways. In my mind, you’re either a person who cares about others and the planet or not! I am the first but there are a lot of people that are the second, and understanding the “why”and finding ways to correct that is critical to move forward, even tips on talking to others. Thank you to everyone here for peace, respect, love and equality. we appreciate you all fighting for everyone! ❤️❤️❤️

Your heart is in the right place—peace, respect, and love should be the foundation.

But to truly stand for those values, we must confront not just why people feel disillusioned… but what’s actually being done in their name.

You thank Governor Newsom for “courageous leadership” in defending democracy. But as someone who has lived through the dark underbelly of his administration, let me tell you:

Democracy does not look like whistleblowers being poisoned in custody while exposing cartel-backed corruption.

It does not look like courts refusing to process RICO filings or discarding forensic evidence (see Case 23HF1007).

It does not look like SSA fraud, elder abuse, and benefit theft committed against people who dared to speak out.

It does not look like silencing survivors of human trafficking and judicial misconduct.

We can’t build better alternatives while protecting the system that destroyed them.

You’re right—people are reacting to pain, to propaganda, to confusion. But some of us are reacting to attempted murder, false imprisonment, and being erased by the very state claiming moral high ground.

If we want peace, we must first demand accountability.

If we want respect, we must restore truth to the conversation.

If we want love, we cannot tolerate injustice masquerading as progress.

So yes—let’s offer alternatives.

But the first alternative must be honest government, restored rule of law, and the end of politically protected silence.

Because until then, the “worst of humanity” isn’t just something we’re trying to avoid—it’s already sitting in high office, cloaked in progressive slogans while people like me are left to survive the fallout alone.

Expand full comment
Joshua Thornton's avatar

You say it feels better knowing he’s “got your back.”

But I have to ask: Got your back doing what, exactly?

Because under Governor Newsom, nothing in California is being used for its correct purpose:

The courts are not delivering justice—they’re obstructing it.

Law enforcement isn’t protecting citizens—they’re covering up cartel crimes and discarding forensic evidence (see Case 23HF1007).

Federal funds meant for SSI and public services are being rerouted, stolen, or used to silence whistleblowers.

Emergency powers weren’t used to safeguard the people—they were used to bypass the Constitution.

And the office of the governor, meant to defend state and national law, has instead been turned into a political shield for corruption and narrative control.

So how, exactly, is any of this “helping” California—or America?

Because from where I stand—as someone who lived through poisoning, obstruction, and benefit theft while trying to warn the country—it looks like the people being protected are the ones doing the damage.

You feel safer.

But are you safer… or just shielded from the truth?
